Our proprietor, Hazel Richardson has almost 20 years of experience in child care, having gained her NNEB (National Nursery Exam Board) diploma back in 1991. She has worked in all areas of nannying and child care, even maternity nursing and personally oversees the interviews of each nanny on our books. Being a mother of two, she understands the concerns faced by both nannies and parents.
